2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By texting Nurse Navigators Pro at 520-280-0058, or by otherwise providing your mobile number to us, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from us.

Program Description: We use SMS to coordinate care, confirm appointments, provide risk assessment updates, and communicate logistics with families and facilities.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team and the status of your case.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
Carriers: The mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 520-280-0058. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.
