Do you accept Medicare/Insurance? +
Our services are private-pay. Medicare does not cover advocacy or fiduciary navigation. However, we can help you leverage your existing insurance benefits for other services like home health or equipment.
How much does it cost? +
We offer transparent pricing. The "Lifeline" subscription starts at $500/mo. The "Anchor" in-home support varies by hours ($1,800+/week). Fiduciary services are billed hourly ($150-$185/hr).

What is a Lighthouse Audit? +
It is a mock survey that mirrors the Arizona DHS Article 8 inspection. We review files, med carts, and facility environment to identify citations before the state does.
Can you fix immediate jeopardy tags? +
Yes. Our Crisis Response team can deploy an Interim DON and compliance team within 2-4 hours to stabilize operations and write a Plan of Correction (POC).
