Clinical
Licensed RN Navigator
Experienced RN with a background in acute care, geriatrics, or care coordination. Comfortable in both home and facility settings. Strong communicator who can translate clinical complexity for families under stress.
Clinical
RN Compliance Auditor
RN with DON or facility leadership experience and working knowledge of ADHS R9-10 standards. Experience conducting or participating in regulatory surveys a significant plus.
Direct Care
Personal Care Companion
Experienced caregiver, CNA, or HHA with strong ADL competency and a genuine commitment to client dignity. Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.
Admin
Care Coordination Specialist
Organized, detail-oriented coordinator with healthcare administration background. Manages scheduling, client communication, and care documentation.
