Mark Lister Opina, DM, MAN, BSN, RN
Mark is a seasoned healthcare executive with 17 years of progressive leadership experience spanning nursing administration, quality improvement, and strategic operations. His career is built on the belief that true leadership requires constant adaptation and a sincere dedication to lifelong learning.
During his tenure in the Philippines, he held key leadership roles, including Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Medicus Medical Center, where he provided direct leadership to over 150 nursing personnel and guided his team to achieve the nation's highest "Level of Excellence" recognition for nursing. He successfully spearheaded the opening of two new 24-bed nursing units and a specialized dialysis unit and served as Vice-Chairman for both the Infection Control & Prevention and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committees.
Upon arriving in the United States in early 2020, Mark embraced the opportunity to return to a clinical bedside role, grounding his executive background in the realities of today's U.S. clinical environment. He currently works as a Registered Nurse at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale and previously served as a Clinical Resource Nurse at Banner Desert Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma center.
His education includes a Doctor of Management (DMgt), a Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and a Business of Healthcare Specialization from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Aaron Keys-Rodgers, RN
Aaron is a highly motivated and results-oriented healthcare leader with 7 years of progressive experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care management. As a Certified Assisted Living Manager and a well-rounded, seasoned Registered Nurse, Aaron has a proven ability to direct clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop and mentor successful care teams to enhance resident quality of life.
In over four years of experience as a Health and Wellness Director and Director of Nursing, Aaron has led clinical operations for large communities licensed for up to 154 assisted living and 20 memory care residents. His key leadership achievements include successfully spearheading the opening and operationalization of a new Memory Care unit and developing multiple successful Plans of Correction to ensure regulatory compliance. His efforts have been instrumental in significantly increasing community occupancy from 50% to 85%.
Aaron's leadership is built on a diverse clinical foundation, including work as a PRN nurse in acute care, skilled nursing, and behavioral health facilities, as well as foundational experience in a Level One Trauma Hospital's Medical ICU. He is committed to lifelong learning and is currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Management program at Arizona State University.
