Nurse Navigators Pro collects personal information (name, phone number, email) directly from you when you submit an inquiry form, text us, or schedule a service. We use this information to coordinate care, schedule assessments, and provide clinical advocacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent will NOT be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
