Program Description

Nurse Navigators Pro (operated by LISTERKEYS LLC) uses SMS text messaging for conversational, peer-to-peer, and customer-care communications. This includes:

• Internal coordination between distributed team members for field operations, scheduling, and safety check-ins
• External client communications with families and facility administrators regarding service scheduling, consultation appointments, and priority response support

We do not use SMS for automated marketing campaigns without explicit, separate consent. All messages are manual, one-to-one communications for service coordination.

Opt-Out & Support

You may cancel SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message: "You will no longer receive messages from Nurse Navigators. To opt back in at any time reply START."

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt-in by texting START.
