Nurse Navigators operates as an independent private-pay service. Because we do not bill insurance or Medicare directly, our nurses answer only to you and your family — never to insurance approval committees or corporate quotas.

2. Long-Term Care Insurance (LTC)

Many private Long-Term Care insurance policies cover care coordination, nurse assessments, and home care oversight. While we do not bill carriers directly, we provide all required documentation.

3. ALTCS & VA Benefit Preparation
