Common Questions

Compliance Consulting FAQs

How is the Solstice Audit different from a state survey?

+

The Solstice Audit mirrors the structure and standards of an ADHS survey — but you control the timing, and findings are confidential to you. A state survey is unannounced, the record is public, and deficiencies carry regulatory consequences. The Solstice Audit identifies what they'd find before those consequences apply. It's not the same legal authority as a state survey, but it uses the same standards framework.

Do you help implement the corrective actions you identify?

+

Yes. Our engagement doesn't end with a written report. We offer follow-up consultation, P&P development, staff training, and ongoing compliance retainer services. Many facilities use us for the initial audit, then retain us on a monthly basis for ongoing monitoring and documentation support.

How quickly can you schedule an audit?

+

Typically within 5—10 business days for a Solstice Audit or Gap Analysis, depending on facility size and auditor availability. For urgent post-survey situations (plan of correction due, recent deficiency), we prioritize scheduling. Contact us with your situation and we'll give you a specific timeline.

When Do You Want to Know What They'd Find?

Before survey — or after? Schedule a 20-minute scope call. We'll tell you what a Solstice Audit covers for a facility your size and what it costs.
