Program Description

LISTERKEYS LLC, dba Nurse Navigators ("NNP") may send text messages to the mobile number you provide for the following purposes:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Care coordination updates and follow-up communications
• Service delivery notifications (e.g., navigator arrival time)
• Important account or care plan updates

We will not use your mobile number for promotional or marketing messages unless you separately opt in to marketing communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your active services. Most clients receive 2—6 messages per month. You may receive additional messages during periods of active care coordination.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or contact us directly.

For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at admin@nursenavigatorspro.com. We will respond within one business day.

Charges

Nurse Navigators does not charge for SMS communications. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

Privacy

Your mobile number and message history are treated as confidential information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
