NNP Care Is Right When...
- Your loved one needs help with daily personal care but doesn't need skilled nursing
- You want RN oversight without full-time skilled nursing costs
- The family caregiver needs regular relief without disrupting the care relationship
- You need someone who documents, not just assists
- Insurance won't cover the level of care your family member actually needs
- You want a direct relationship with an RN, not a call center intake
NNP Care FAQs
Is NNP Care a home health agency?
+No. Nurse Navigators provides non-skilled personal care, companion, and housekeeping services with RN oversight — not skilled nursing procedures. We don't bill Medicare or Medicaid and don't operate as an ADHS-licensed home health agency. For skilled procedures (wound care, IV therapy, etc.), we'll help you find the right skilled resource.
Can NNP Care be used alongside home health services?
+Yes, and this is often the best model. NNP Care handles the non-skilled support — ADLs, companionship, medication reminders — while a home health agency handles the skilled procedures. Our RN oversight adds coordination between the two services.
What's the minimum number of hours?
+Contact us to discuss minimum visit requirements for your situation — we try to be flexible, especially for initial engagements. Ongoing care plans are built around your actual needs, not a rigid hours minimum.
