1. About Nurse Navigators
Nurse Navigators, LLC ("NNP") is a private consulting company registered in Arizona. We provide non-medical care navigation, clinical advocacy consulting, facility compliance consulting, and staffing coordination services. NNP is not a licensed home health agency and does not provide home health, skilled nursing, or medical services as defined under Arizona law.
2. Scope of Services
NNP's services are consulting and advocacy services performed by licensed Registered Nurses and healthcare professionals in a consulting capacity. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Care navigation and family advocacy (coordinating with medical teams, not providing medical care)
- Arizona ALF compliance consulting and pre-survey preparation
- Staffing coordination and caregiver placement referrals
- Clinical education and caregiver training programs
- Technology support for seniors (non-medical)
Important: NNP does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, provide skilled nursing care, or perform any service that constitutes the practice of medicine or home health care as defined by Arizona Revised Statutes.
